Choley Batura

I agree "Change is the only permanent thing that keeps on changing".

These days life is so monotonous and so cliched!Same bus,Same office,Same hostel,Same home ...Oops all tend to be the same...I don't even find a shred of change around me for the past few days perhaps years too ...

Today while I was at my dinner and rummaging through the menu.."choley batura" caught my eyes...Have tasted chola poori not choley batura any time!Mind said don't try it but heart said take your chance and try it...Obeyed voice of heart and ordered "choley batura"...

Now I understand what Choley batura is!It is a poori variety with chenna for side dish...The dish tasted really good...I have added one more hobby into my list...yes exploring new dishes...To be specific exploring pure vegetarian dishes...

After all that was a bit of change from my monotonous rountine task!

Angels and Demons

No doubt Dan Brown's "Angles and demons" is one of my all favourite book!Read it several times but never had a chance to watch the movie until last week...Thank god I did get an opportunity and here comes the post about the movie...I know it is going to be a very late movie review but still I always stick with the good old adage "Better late than never"...

First I was delighted to see things which I read in book through visual effects aka movie. As always loved the character "Robert Langdon"...The movie made justice to the book.Every frame of the movie correlated very well with the book!

Missing canister,Pope election,Illuminati yay melange of things in a single movie as well as in the book..you need to catch either the book or the movie to know more about the missing canister, illuminati and the pope elections...I was completely glued in my seat till the end!

A great watch and Robert Langdon character captivated me a lot!All I would like to say is catch up the book or the movie :)
Dan Brown rocks! And I am in due to read his Deception point and Lost symbol...Hope to grab it sometiem soon!

Love to be my true self

Every day is a learning and every mistake you commit teaches ya a lesson not to repeat it for the next time!

There are some intrinsic characteristics which resides in you and which will never vanish from you during the course of time...intrinsic qualities makes you unique...I am proud to say I have my own unique characteristics which differentiates me from others. At any cost I never wish to change it for I wish to be my true self.

Of course the heart is there to watch every deed of your's and to point you whenever you tend to do a wrong thing...I seriously don't understand why people are so vituperative in pointing other's intrinsic qualities?!Wonder why?!If any of my qualities are not gonna hurt others, why should I fake myself and shun my qualities?!I wish to be my true self and least bother about any scathing comments..

If there are 10 people to appreciate your qualities there will be some 15 people to criticize you.If your are damn sure that you are heading towards the right path don't care about that 15 count who criticize you and be your true self!

I wish I were a child

I was boarding my bus and a cute ,an year old kiddo was sitting with it's mom near my seat...

The kiddo started to play with my handbag and after few seconds the kiddo started to smile at me and I reciprocated it with my smile...For some 15 minutes we exchanged our smiles. The destination came and the mom took her child and vanished. But after few seconds tears started to roll in my cheek for no reasons.

I wish I were a child for the below reasons.

1.I wish I were a child,for I will be smiling for ever.
2.I wish I were a child, for I will be far from the rat race.
3.I wish I were a child, for I will be ignorant of the happy moments and gloomy situations.
4.I wish I were a child,for I will never be conceit.
5.I wish I were a child, for I will never care damn for money.
6.I wish I were a child, for I will never be a crook which will hurt others.
7.I wish I were a child, for I will never speak ill about others.
8.I wish I were a child,for I will never hurt other's at any sake.
9.I wish I were a child for I will never be greedy when it comes to things.
10.I wish I were a child for I will never go for backbites!

There are many reasons to justify why I wish to be a child alas I know that will not happen. But now I understand why GOD resides in every kid.

Kiddos they are the most wonderful creation on earth...No doubt!

Productive week

Last weekend was a productive weekend for me!...Wanna know how productive it was!Saw my fav taare zameen par movie for the nth time!Did some shopping and picked a tussel with my mom for food...

Taare Zameem par:

This happens every weekend...Rummage haphazardly and search for taare zameen par CD..Put the CD in the computer and for next few hours never care about things happening around you...Several calls from my mom never reaches my ears and all of a sudden I come to reality and rush to my mom, only to get sweet scoldings from her!Bro still wonders whatz so fascinating about the movie...Stupid he doesnot know how much I love the movie...The same will be repeated for coming weeks perhaps years as well....taare zameen par rockzzzzz and yeah I am a proud dumb to forget the dialogues but love to watch the movie for trillion times :)

Shopping:

I am not fond of shopping though I a proud woman!I outsource my shopping to my momma...It was my cousin who itched me(moi cousin you reading it?If so I am dead) and asked me to take her to shopping!Being a generous person I am(no pun intended mind ya),I took her to a textile shop...I really con't understand why I always feel so crazy for the salwar which always sits in other person's hand!I picked a salwar but I was not so fascinated and was eyeing for a differnt color. The color for which I was eyeing was in someone else hand!ufff it was not quite new for me and so I was generous enough(yet another time) to let it go to someone and picked my no-so-favourite colour dress :)...gobbled dhahi poori and boarded the jam packed bus to reach my home...

Tussle all for food:

I am so proactive in whatever I do..Sample this...I feel monday blues beforehand ie during sunday evening and as always I brood over it to my momma...last week I had a chance to brood about FOOD.what else a foodie like me can speak about ;)...I created a tussle and abjected for hotel foods!(Which I eat it for the past 3 years)...I made all sorta chaos as if my momma is the owner of the hotel which I visit regularly...Being the sweetest lady my momma ignored my nitwits as always!oops all say my insanity is reaching at it's peak! But I say only an insane can better understand another insane like moi true self!

Now don't you think how productive my week was!Watching a movie,a bit of shopping and a tussle for a trivial thing complemented the entire week!Indeed a super productive week!!!

Eternal bliss

"When ya are away from something, you will understand the value of it"--the good old adage goes like above..But I swear the adage is simply true.

1.Been away from home for the past almost close to 4 years,I miss home food.Hotel food sucks no doubts...I have a feeling that home food alone satisfies my hunger and whenever I gobble hotel food I don't find the sense of satisfaction.Today while I was about to have my dinner,I had a longing for 'Thayir sadam',sheesh I got only stale dosa.....:(
Thayir sadam is no par and is an absolute eternal bliss for me....

2.Varuna bhagavan was so magnanimous to shower rain and when I saw the cute little drop from the sky,I became a kid and started to enjoy myself...The cool breeze did hit me and which made me to enter into a different world...A world of solitude. It was yet another eternal bliss.

When it comes to food "Thayir sadam" is an eternal bliss and When it comes to nature "Rain"(cute little drop) is an eternal bliss for me...However you spend you con't get these two valuable things..Of course you can get thayir sadam but not the home made :P

Random ramblings

I always get pre-occupied with my random thoughts and so I get a chance to pen everything under the sun and everything above the earth. Here you go!

1.I heard someone saying "Y should I strive to educate my daughter, after all she is gonna get married and once after that she is not gonna support me"...When I hear such words,I automatically get the eloquence to speak on and on..I swear,I never closed my mouth for another 15 minutes explaining the importance of educating a gal.Today a gal plays a multifaceted role. She tackles things so well and mind you gals are very much par to guys. She supports her parents and take equal responsibility as that of a guy.Never deny a gal's education,If you are doing so,you are seriously commiting a crime!

2.My father thinks I always need a constant improvement in my career. From school to till date he tries his best to make me shine in every field! One of his never ending attempt I say...It is his usual practice to get me books which tries to bring the potent to achieve things!.Last week he called me and gave me a book.I was eyeing for some novel perhaps "Unaccustomed earth" ,but to my disappointment it was not a novel. But well it was about "Management".The book contains concepts from Six sigma to emotional Intelligence.A bit of over doze for me!He tries all possible ways to make me matured..lolzzz on the matured part...but errrrr I am still on the way (mid way or in the initial stage) to get the MATURED tag!

3.Attended a corporate quiz....It made me to retrospect my good old school and college days where I used to participate a lot but hardly I won. Also itz obvious from the quiz that I need to resume reading newspapers,Be watchful when it comes to advertisements and mascots. And of course read the book given by my father.Yes the management book! Most of the questions were from management and advertisements. The only question I was totally confident was for the Leo coffee jingle,ARR and Aravind Swami whoaa!

4.My brother always play pranks on me!kiddos are always like that...I was very much engaged in my work at office.I got a call from him...I thought he was about to ask some questions about colleges and courses..But heck he said "hey I am eating cauliflower Kofta", it tastes yummy!Sumptuous!!I went arghhhhhh! All I did was cut the call and never pick it again...

uffffff thatz all I have it for now!
